Since discovering music during my school days, I’ve mainly listened to Japanese and Korean pop. Formed in 1994 and debuting in 1999, the four-piece rock band BUMP OF CHICKEN has captured our hearts and steadily grown in popularity.

They’ve also provided theme songs for moving films and are now loved by a wide audience.

They are a presence that has had a tremendous impact on the Japanese rock scene, and the unique world crafted by Motoo “Fujikun” Fujiwara never fails to feel profoundly deep.
