Hervé Vilard is a singer-songwriter born in Paris, France, in 1946.
His 1965 release at age 19, “Capri, c’est fini,” is a classic that sold 4 million copies.
In Japan, the song is known as “Kapuri no Koi no Monogatari” and was released under that title on record.
