Felt coasters you just cut and paste together

How about making an easy felt coaster that you can create just by cutting and sticking felt? If your child can use scissors, they can give it a try.
In the video, a hot glue gun is used for bonding, but regular glue is safer for small children.
First, cut out one piece for the base of the coaster, then cut out 38 small round pieces.
Stick a small piece in the center of the base, and then keep sticking the small pieces around it until the base is no longer visible.
Do the same on the back side to finish the coaster.
Transparent cute coaster

How about making transparent coasters that brighten up drink time and submitting them as a craft homework project? Since you’ll be using not only two-part resin but also chemicals, be sure to have a parent or guardian help you when you make them.
Aside from handling the chemicals, it’s basically just decorating the coasters, so even small children can try it with ease.
Enjoy a cold drink with these cool-looking coasters!
Craft band coaster

Here’s an idea for making coasters using craft bands.
Cut eleven beige bands, three caramel-colored bands, and four decorative border braids, all to 11 cm.
Apply double-sided tape to your table and line up seven beige bands vertically on the tape.
The tape is only for temporary holding and will be removed later.
Glue one beige band to each side of the row of seven, then remove the double-sided tape and glue one beige band to each side on the back as well.
Weave the three caramel-colored bands through to create a checkered pattern and glue them in place.
Finally, attach the braids to the top, bottom, left, and right edges on the front, and you’re done! Craft bands come in many colors, so pick your favorites and give it a try.

My favorite coaster

Let’s make one using an illustration of your favorite character! Here are some ideas for a “oshi” coaster.
Many people have a favorite—whether it’s a character, an artist, a motif, or an idol, right? These coaster ideas are perfect for fans like you.
What you’ll need: paper coasters, coaster covers, an illustration, decorative stickers, ribbon, glue, scissors, and more.
Try adding a mood-boosting coaster to your everyday life with ease!
straw coaster

Straws are familiar to children because they’re also used when drinking juice.
Here, we’ll show you how to make a “straw coaster” using those straws.
Since this craft involves using an iron, young children should make it together with a guardian.
First, cut the straws into small pieces to make lots of parts.
Place a frame of your choice on a sheet of baking paper, and arrange the straw pieces inside the frame.
Once arranged, press down with an iron over the baking paper; when the pieces melt and stick together, it’s done.
Be careful not to let it fall apart when you peel off the paper.
Stencil Coaster
Let’s make lovely coasters using simple techniques! Here are some stencil coaster ideas.
A stencil seems to refer to a method where you transfer designs by applying color or spraying over a template with cut-out letters or patterns.
This time, let’s use the stencil technique to create coasters.
You’ll need cork coasters, a stencil template, oil-based ink, a roller, and so on.
The key step is designing your favorite motifs or letters and creating the stencil template!
Planet Coaster
Let’s try expressing a mysterious nuance, like planets in space! Here’s an idea for planet-themed coasters.
It’s great to work with preset colors, but sometimes the accidental colors and patterns can be the most captivating.
This time, let’s make planet coasters while enjoying the nuances of patterns and colors.
You’ll need paper coasters, acrylic paint, and plastic wrap.
To protect the coasters, you can also add a coaster cover.
It’s a fun idea that lets you enjoy how the paint spreads and how it feels!
