[Origami] Fluffy Sticker Journal

How about making a cute, plump, stick-and-peel planner out of origami? You’ll need your favorite origami paper, OPP tape, cellophane tape, cotton, glue, a ruler, a craft knife, and scissors.

First, apply OPP tape to the sheet of origami paper that will be the cover.

Trim off the excess tape, fold the paper in half, apply glue along the center, and insert cotton from both ends.

Apply OPP tape to two more sheets of origami paper of the same size; fold them in half first, then into thirds to create pages for sheets and a belt closure.

Finally, attach a strap with wire, and you’ll have a lovely, original planner!

Melon Pan Squishy

How about making a delightfully addictive squishy with a soft, bouncy feel using items from a 100-yen shop? First, cut a sponge into a circle to create the base.

Next, take soft, highly stretchable clay and mix in some yellow clay.

Roll it out with a rolling pin, apply adhesive to the cut sponge, and wrap it up.

Then make slits with a spatula and poke holes with a toothpick.

For coloring the melon-pan pattern, it’s great to use the sponge scraps you cut off earlier! After drying for at least half a day, you’ll have a melon-pan squishy with an irresistibly springy, squishy feel when you squeeze it.

Apple candy squeeze

[DIY] Nanotape Bubble Apple Candy DIY – I tried making a squishy apple-candy squeeze toy 🍎
Apple candy squeeze

A symbol of summer festivals, the candied apple.

Let’s make a candied apple squeeze toy and enjoy its cute look and squishy feel.

Using a transparent double-sided tape called nano tape, fill the apple candy part with red liquid slime, place clear slime between the apple and the bag, insert a chopstick, and tie a ribbon to finish! Handling nano tape takes a bit of practice, but since you can reposition it, once you get the hang of it you can make all kinds of things.

It’s a squishy you’ll want to keep touching forever.

Cute glasses with moles

[Craft] Super Easy and Cute Pipe Cleaner Glasses! Finished in 5 Minutes! How to Make Them [Straw]
Cute glasses with moles

Let’s make cute glasses using pipe cleaners and straws.

First, think about the shape of the glasses you want to make—try sketching it out.

Round, square, star-shaped—anything you like is fine.

Once you’ve decided on the shape, form it with the pipe cleaners.

A single pipe cleaner isn’t very sturdy, so twist two together into one before shaping.

After the frame is done, thread straws onto the parts that go over your ears, and you’re finished.

If you use the accordion section of the straw over your ears, the glasses are less likely to slip off.

acrylic stand

When the laziest shortcut is taken, the acrylic stand turns out like this! A super easy acrylic stand without shrink plastic or resin ♡ How to make a super easy fake acrylic stand
acrylic stand

An acrylic stand you can make without using shrink plastic or a microwave, using your favorite stickers.

You’ll need: self-adhesive laminate film, holographic sheets, double-sided adhesive gel tape, an acrylic stand and base, your choice of stickers, nail polish, etc.

First, cut your favorite origami paper to fit the base and cover it with laminate film.

For the main piece, apply laminate film over your chosen sticker, then attach a holographic sheet with double-sided tape.

Create the insertion slot to match the base, and you’re done.

It’s soft and flexible, so you don’t have to worry about it cracking—another nice bonus!

Charm made with a glue stick

Yumekawa! Easy crafts using glue sticks. I tried making sparkly, cute charms and toys.
Charm made with a glue stick

Glue guns used for DIY projects and the glue sticks that go inside them now come in lots of colorful varieties—like glitter—thanks to the recent DIY boom.

Using those glue sticks, you can easily handcraft cute charms.

What you’ll need: glitter glue sticks, beads, and your choice of silicone molds in heart or animal shapes.

First, place the beads or other pieces you want to stand out on the surface into the silicone mold.

Then add several colors of finely cut glue stick pieces on top, and bake them in the oven so they melt with the heat.

Once they cool and harden again, your adorable charm is ready! You can use it for keychains, hair accessories, and more.

Be careful when the glue sticks are melted, as they are very hot.

Plastic bottle wind chime

Recommended crafts for girls ✨ Plastic-bottle wind chimes and jelly domes – binge-worthy at-home play! Crafts and educational activities for kids ★ Wakuwaku Parfait ★
Plastic bottle wind chime

Here’s an idea for an easy wind chime you can make with a plastic bottle.

Cut the bottle in half across the middle and make a hole in the center of the bottom piece.

Thread a string through the hole, attaching a strip of paper (tanzaku) and a bell to it.

Decorate the bottle, and you’re done.

Pens, nail polish, and decorative parts work well for embellishment.

To keep the string from slipping out, tie a short piece of a toothpick along the string as a stopper.

By taking advantage of the bottle’s translucence, you’ll get a cool, refreshing look.

If you’re looking for a summery craft idea, give this a try.

clear pouch

[100-yen DIY] Easy no-sew candy clear pouch! Adorably finished in no time with a cute charm!
clear pouch

This is a cute clear pouch made from a candy package.

Most of the materials—your favorite candy package, strong double-sided tape, a zipper, and a B6-size soft card case—can be found at 100-yen shops.

First, use the paper that comes inside the card case as a template to cut the candy package, then attach it to the case with double-sided tape.

Next, cut the zipper, place it face down, and tape it to the opening of the case.

Blow hot air with a hair dryer, and when the case softens, turn it inside out.

If you also make a charm using the candy package and laminating film, it’ll look even cuter!

Metal craft

https://www.tiktok.com/@utatan_simple_crafts/video/7401089963565174024

Let’s try a metal craft project using soft wire you can find at 100-yen shops and similar stores.

First, come up with a few patterns that can be drawn in a single stroke.

After cutting the wire to an appropriate length, shape it to match the pattern.

If bending it by hand is difficult, it’s a good idea to use tools like pliers.

Once the shape is made, hammer it to flatten the joints.

Then cut transparent origami paper to fit the pattern, and attach it from the back with glue to finish.
