Shuwa-shuwa Honey Lemon 350ml – Sharou

Many girls probably love wands, don’t they? You often see them in anime with magical-girl themes.

This time, I’ll introduce an idea for making a simple wand.

Thread ten 2 cm pieces of straw and five beads alternately onto a 30 cm chenille stem (pipe cleaner), then shape it into a star.

Twist the two ends of the stem together to secure it, trim any excess, then take a 15 cm chenille stem folded in half, hook it onto the star, and twist it into a single rod.

Slide on a straw and glue it in place to finish.

It might also look cute decorated with washi tape, etc.

How about making your own version of your favorite snack package? First, buy the real product and carefully study its packaging.

Trace the shape onto construction paper or similar, and then recreate everything—the design and the text—just like the original.

After coloring it with pens or other materials, cut it out, assemble it, and you’re done.

It’s a task that requires patience, but the steps are very simple.

Find a package you love and give it a try!

Ice cream lantern

Why not use a kit to easily make an ice-cream-shaped lantern? First, mix a little of your favorite color of paint into the clay and create the ice cream portion.

Roll it out with a rolling pin into a circle about 15 cm in diameter, and place it over the ice cream mold.

Trim any excess and press the clay firmly with your fingers to smooth it in place.

Layer on some cream-like clay to look as if it’s dripping from the top, then make and attach decorations you like—such as hearts or ribbons—and your cute lantern is complete! Its gentle glow will make bedtime something to look forward to.

Cute paper cup finger puppets

[Easy Craft] Using Only Paper Cups! How to Make Cute Finger Puppets [Scissor Practice] [Cute]
Cute paper cup finger puppets

Here’s an idea for making finger puppets using paper cups.

The example shown here is a dog finger puppet, but with a little creativity you can make all kinds of animals.

Once you have a paper cup, cut four vertical slits along the side and remove the excess parts while shaping the dog’s ears and the rings that go around your fingers.

The bottom of the cup will be the face, so draw any expression you like with a pen.

Paper cups come in various colors, so using different colors might expand your range of expression.

Everyone loves it! Let’s make a pudding charm inspired by that beloved treat.

For the base, use a clear cup for sweets deco from a 100-yen shop.

Mix brown paint into glue to mimic caramel and spread it on the bottom of the case, then pack in yellow yarn.

Draw the package design on thick paper, cut it into a circle, and attach it to the case.

Punch a hole and thread through charm hardware to finish.

You can also substitute brown yarn for the caramel section.

Let’s customize some 100-yen shop items to make a cream soda stand.

For the base, use a flower vase.

Since the top is rounded, apply white masking tape there to represent the ice cream.

For the soda part, attach green iridescent origami paper and add round stickers to mimic bubbles.

Thread a craft pipe through a pom-pom to make a cherry, and stick it onto the base to finish.

You can use it to hold pens or clip memos.

Transparent cute coaster

I tried making cute clear coasters! Perfect for a parent-child craft project over summer vacation, too!
Transparent cute coaster

Summer is supposed to be hot, but don’t you feel like the summers lately are getting hotter every year? When it’s hot, we crave cold drinks—so why not make coasters to brighten up your drink time and turn it into a summer science project? You’ll be using two-part resin and other chemicals, so be sure to have an adult or an older sibling help you when handling them.

Aside from working with the chemicals, it’s basically just decorating coasters, so even small children can join in! We’re looking forward to seeing your cool, refreshing coasters!
