Cut the colored clear file into the shape of a hat frame.
Use double-sided tape to form a pointy hat.
Add round stickers, then apply double-sided tape or wood glue to the bottom edge.
Punch holes with a hole punch and attach yarn or ribbon.
Finally, stick cotton along the bottom edge and you’re done!
Mickey-style Santa hat

Wearing this hat might make you the star of your Christmas party! Cut two triangles from red felt, and for the ears, cut four brown felt circles.
Sew them together in pairs, insert sponge sheets to give the ears volume, and shape them.
Sponge sheets come in different levels of firmness and thickness, so choose what you like.
Once you attach the ears with the sponge sheets to the red triangular felt hat, it’s complete.
Adding bells or ribbons is also recommended for a festive touch.
Rapunzel-style Santa hat
https://www.tiktok.com/@azu.diy/video/7306026523226688770It’s very popular with children, and you often see them playing Rapunzel make-believe.
For this Rapunzel Santa hat, sew together the pieces of cut felt, turn it inside out, and stitch on a pom-pom.
The key to capturing Rapunzel’s signature long hair is to braid nine strands of yarn and attach the braid to the hat.
It instantly gives off a Rapunzel vibe that kids will love.
Finish by decorating with feather boas, artificial flowers, and ornaments! Making matching hats in different colors as a parent-child set could be adorable, too!
Santa hat made with crochet

Introducing how to crochet a handmade Santa hat! Prepare two skeins of red and white acrylic yarn, a size 7 crochet hook (Japanese size), and fluffy yarn for the pom-pom.
First, start crocheting with the red yarn.
Use half double crochet (hdc) stitches throughout.
Shape it like a hat by increasing stitches evenly as the rounds progress.
Around the 30th round, switch to the white yarn.
Continue with the same stitch count in white up to about the 35th round.
Weave in the yarn ends to finish the hat body.
Next, make the pom-pom with the fluffy yarn.
Leave a short tail, then wrap the yarn around your hand 50 times.
Cut the yarn, tie the center tightly, and cut both loops.
Trim it into a round shape and sew it onto the hat to finish!
Santa hat made with balloons

We’d like to introduce a Santa hat featuring a pom-pom made from a white balloon at the very top.
Let’s make the hat to fit the size of your head.
For the triangular part of the hat, the key is to quickly shape it while evenly adjusting the air so it forms a nice triangle.
Once you’ve aligned the triangular sections so they’re the same length, attach the inflated white balloon pom-pom to finish! It could be fun to make color variations using yellow or green balloons, too.
It’s sure to be a big hit at a Christmas party!
Three-dimensional Santa hat

It’s such a cute, rounded hat that looks perfect for recitals and other events.
Prepare rectangular red and white construction paper, paste the white paper onto the red, then fold the sheet in half—but be careful not to fold the area below the white paper so you keep the hat’s rounded shape.
Fold both sides into six equal sections, punch holes with a craft punch, and cut along the vertical fold lines.
The key step is threading yarn pom-poms through the holes from the top.
Secure the pom-poms with tape so they don’t slip out, shape everything nicely, and you’re done! You can probably make rabbits, bears, and other designs using the same method.

Hat with adjustable chin strap

Here’s a handy idea for a hat with an adjustable chin strap.
First, use construction paper or similar materials to make a Christmas-themed hat.
A classic Santa Claus–colored hat works, or you could model it after a Christmas tree for a cute finish.
Once it’s done, attach the strings.
At this point, thread the string through a straw cut to about 3 cm before attaching it; by sliding the straw, you can adjust the length of the string.
