I’ve worked in a variety of roles—regardless of pro or amateur settings—including live event PA, cameraman for video and photography, restaurant staff, and logistics center staff. I now spend my days as a part-time writer. When Vocaloid first started to become popular, it was common for videos to use a single still image.

Nowadays, there are many visually engaging works that make full use of animation, live-action footage, and 3D CGI.

Displaying lyrics in sync with the music has also become standard.

In the very early days, there were very few videos like that.

Using their self-made UTAU voicebank “Karogado,” Avogado6 handled the music, visuals, and tuning.

With lyrics constructed by picking one character at a time from the Japanese syllabary, the piece takes an experimental approach to exploring the possibilities of speech synthesis.

Highly recommended for those seeking new forms of musical expression.
