Here’s a handmade card idea featuring a striking, three-dimensional oversized ribbon.
Create the base by folding a sheet of construction paper in half, then glue a white sheet on the cover that has two strip-cut pieces of construction paper crossed in a plus sign.
Adding a large ribbon on top makes the card look like a present.
To make the ribbon, cut slits from each of the four corners of a square piece of construction paper toward the center, then glue the separated corners to the center.
Adding highlights with a white pen will give the ribbon even more dimension.
Valentine Fluffy Heart Bear
@pippi_seisaku The new year has begun, and next month is already Valentine’s Day 💝 A day to deliver love to those you care about—this is a perfectly cute craft for the occasion 😊 ★ Tips A sharper heart shape (rather than a rounded one) will show the outline more clearly when you attach the tissue paper. There are many ways to arrange the bear’s face: have the children draw it, prepare parts for them to paste, or even insert photos of their faces. ★ Materials • Tissue paper in 3 colors: 2–3 sheets each • Double-sided tape • Construction paper • Glue • Round stickers (for the eyes) ————————————— 🌷Teacher Pippi Sharing cute, fun craft ideas! ◇ Easy crafts you can make just by copying ◇ Adorable results using familiar materials ◇ Helping busy teachers! 📣 I’d be so happy if you like, save, and follow 💕 —————————————Winter CraftMade in FebruaryEasy to make#Childcare Crafting#Making PlayProduction ideasNursery teacher / Childcare workerChildcare studentNursery School Practicum#100-yen-store DIY#Valentine’s Day CraftHeart production

Let’s make a heart-themed craft that takes advantage of the soft, fluffy texture of tissue paper.
It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day and makes an adorable wall decoration.
Stick double-sided tape onto a heart-shaped piece of construction paper.
Then place crumpled balls of tissue paper onto the adhesive surface.
Using about three different colors of tissue paper is recommended.
Add a paper bear made from construction paper to the fluffy heart, and you’ll have a cute, charming wall display.
The piece may even bring back Valentine’s Day memories for some older adults.
Valentine’s Day wall decorations

February 14 is Valentine’s Day.
Many older adults may receive chocolates from family or close acquaintances.
Let’s help amplify this sweet, love-filled occasion with decorations on indoor walls.
Cut red or pink paper tape into lengths of about 10 to 40 centimeters.
Take two strips of the same length and stick their ends together to form a heart shape.
You can also make ribbons in various lengths, creating both large and small sizes.
You can stick them directly onto the wall, or arrange them on poster paper to create a lovely piece.
Use these ideas as inspiration to make Valentine’s Day wall decorations that will excite anyone who sees them.
Heart card

Perfect for Valentine’s Day! Let’s make a handmade heart card.
You’ll need craft paper, construction paper, masking tape, and stickers.
First, fold both the craft paper and the construction paper in half to the same size.
On the construction paper, draw half a heart along the fold and cut it out with scissors.
Be careful not to cut through the base of the heart where it meets the fold.
Decorate the inside of the craft paper and the heart section with masking tape and stickers, then glue the two pieces together.
Make sure the heart is layered and attached so it stands up.
Finally, write a message wherever you like, and you’re done.
Pop-up 3D chocolate card

Let’s handmake a message card for Valentine’s Day that’s so tempting it makes you want to take a bite.
First, fold a piece of brown construction paper in half to use as the base of the card.
Next, cut out a chocolate base sized to fit the cover, and, imagining a chocolate bar, cut out as many small block-shaped chocolate pieces as you need.
Use thick double-sided tape to attach the block-shaped chocolates to the chocolate base, then wrap aluminum foil over them so that the chocolates are about half covered.
Wrap your favorite patterned origami paper over that to represent the wrapper, add a ribbon, and attach it to the card’s cover to finish.
Inside the card, glue a piece of white paper and write your message.

A card that pops out chocolate

Here’s an idea for a “pop-out chocolate card” made especially for a long-popular chocolate treat! You can adapt this idea for other products by changing the size, so give it a try if you like.
We’ll make it in two parts: the card base and the pop-up mechanism.
For the card, just fold a rectangular sheet of construction paper in half.
The mechanism is simple too—just create a stand that lets the chocolate stand upright.
Prepare construction paper in your favorite colors and give it a go.
Decorating with patterned origami or stickers is also recommended!
