I’ve worked in a variety of roles—regardless of pro or amateur settings—including live event PA, cameraman for video and photography, restaurant staff, and logistics center staff. I now spend my days as a part-time writer. For over 15 years since then, up to the present, I’ve continued releasing original tracks as a Vocaloid producer. My areas of expertise are Japanese rock, Vocaloid, and manga.

There are truly countless songs in the VOCALOID scene, but in this article, I’ve put together a selection of especially stylish tracks.

Of course, “stylish” means different things to different people, so I’ve tried to choose from a wide range of genres without drawing sharp boundaries.

An extremely sophisticated number that overwhelms with wordplay exactly as the title promises.

It’s a track by Vocaloid producer d.j.

Aneiro, included on the compilation album “Sound and Words” released in April 2025, with the music video dropping in August.

The snappy, rap-like vocal delivery and meticulously engineered EDM sound are phenomenal.

Yi Xi’s cool vocals further highlight the song’s logical allure.

The MV by urabenota and melonade is stunning as well—the seamless fusion of music and visuals is pure art.

This piece by Ienu was included on the EP “Whispering Sun-dappled Light,” released in August 2024, and its music video was released in August 2025.

The refined sound arrangement beautifully highlights Hatsune Miku’s dignified vocals.

From the lyrics, you can sense a theme of blending the fragmented emotions of everyday life to create one’s own unique, beautiful pattern.

It’s a captivating Vocaloid song right from the start, opening with slightly off-kilter sounds and spoken-word poetry.

Since it’s structured like a story, I recommend focusing on the lyrics.

That said, you won’t want to miss the tones and textures playing in the background either.
