Hamayakusai is the school festival of Yokohama College of Pharmacy, and only during the festival is the observation deck on the 21st floor open to the public. From the deck you can see Enoshima, Shonandai, and Yokohama. You could say it’s one of the highlights of the festival. Of course, there are also food stalls and stage events!
