In recent years, it has become known as a filming location for movies and TV dramas, appearing in numerous works such as “Biri Gyaru” (Have a Nice Day), “Chihayafuru,” “Wolf Girl and Black Prince,” and “Seshiru no Se.” The name of its school festival is Aioi Festival.

The Kaedemon Festival, held on November 2nd and 3rd every year at Kokushikan University’s Setagaya campus, is a school festival with a history of over 50 years. Attendance can exceed 20,000 visitors.
