Held every autumn, the Tsudanuma Festival at Chiba Institute of Technology features numerous food stalls and sponsoring companies, giving it the feel of a town-wide celebration rather than a typical campus festival. It grows bigger every year, attracting over 20,000 visitors. The annual robot contest is also one of the main highlights.

Mutsume Festival | Saitama UniversitySat 11/22–Mon 11/24, Saitama Prefecture

Saitama University is a national university headquartered in Shimo-Okubo, Sakura Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, and was established in 1949.
