Kogakuin University in Shinjuku, Tokyo holds a school festival called the Shinjuku Festival. It draws big crowds every year with popular artist live performances and unique events that make use of Kogakuin’s high-rise campus location, such as “Tetsujin 29-kai,” a time-attack race up the stairs.
