Shuka-sai, the school festival of Kurume Institute of Technology in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is named with two meanings: “shuka,” a phrase in the Kurume and Hirokawa dialect meaning “Shall we do something?”, and “adding blossoms that move the heart beneath the autumn sky.” It’s a casual, enjoyable festival featuring activities that anyone can join.

Kodaifest | Kyushu Institute of TechnologySat 10/11 – Sun 10/12, Fukuoka Prefecture
At the Kōdai Festival, you can enjoy a variety of programs and decorations—be delighted, be surprised, and satisfy your curiosity as you savor the moment. We also want people who aren’t usually familiar with the university to feel connected to it; that wish is the fundamental concept of our campus festival. For many, this festival becomes the occasion that introduces them to the school.
