Iga Festival | Kibi International University (Takahashi Campus)Nov 2 (Sun) – 3 (Mon), Okayama Prefecture
Kibi International University in Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, is a private university established in 1990, succeeding Junsei Junior College. The campus is located on hilly terrain, and students use escalators to get around.
