Included on the 1981 album “Potato Boys No.1.” A three-member music unit formed in 1981, they originated from the Fuji TV variety show “Kindon! Good Kids, Bad Kids, Ordinary Kids.” Their single, which paired techno sounds reminiscent of the then-popular YMO with pop melodies, became a hit and was a pioneering example of a song born from a variety show.

This is one of their early signature songs, about Boo Takagi of The Drifters.

Even though living individuals such as Boo Takagi appear in the lyrics, it was released without permission, which later forced it to be pulled from sale.

It was subsequently re-released after obtaining permission from the person himself.
