Released by Kana Nishino in June 2011, it’s included on the album “Thank you, Love.” The lyrics, imbued with Nishino’s wish to cheer on those who are doing their best, deliver a message of support to “you,” who keep running straight ahead.
It’s a song that gently gives you a push on the back, urging you to keep facing forward and moving on, even in hard or sad times without giving up.

FIND YOUberii guddoman

This is an uplifting anthem created from youth stories collected from over 20,000 high school students in Saga.
Set against the rich nature of their hometowns, it celebrates the beauty of discovering one’s own dreams and future.
Berry Goodman’s bright, parade-like sound will gently give listeners a push forward.
The song is included on the album “Thank You,” releasing in February 2025.
In collaboration with KBC Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting’s “High Schoolers’ Time,” the music video features more than 190 students from 20 schools.
If you’re facing a new challenge or need a little courage, listening to this track will surely lift your spirits.
It’s also lovely to listen while thinking of your own hometown.
A victorious smile with youUkasukaji

This song delivers a powerful message that resonates deeply: “Move forward with pride in your heart.” Created by Ukkasuka-G, it was released in May 2014 as the official support song for the Japan national soccer team and drew attention as the lead single from the album AMIGO.
The warm vocals born from the collaboration between Kazutoshi Sakurai of Mr.Children and GAKU-MC, along with lyrics that sing of the courage to take on challenges and the importance of bonds with teammates, gently push listeners forward.
It’s cherished as a cheer song for club activities and sports days, and as a source of support for those striving toward their dreams.
HeroAmuro Namie

Released in 2016, this song was chosen as the theme song for NHK’s coverage of the Rio de Janeiro Olympics and Paralympics.
The word “Hero” in the title often evokes the image of a cool, admired figure who shines in the spotlight, but in this song, as the lyrics describe, the hero is portrayed as “someone who stays by your side and supports you—just for you.” It carries a message of encouragement: “I’ll be that hero and support you.” When you’re on the verge of losing heart or feeling fragile, listening to this song will surely help you feel more positive.
MomentLeina

This is a song written specifically as the CM theme for CalorieMate, depicting high school students devoted to their club activities.
The creator, Leina, is a singer-songwriter who debuted at 14.
Her smoky vocals, which you can hear on this track Moment, are absolutely wonderful! The lyrics portray someone facing themselves while striving toward their goals, and—as the title suggests—cherishing the present moment.
It’s sure to be a source of support not only for high schoolers like in the commercial, but for anyone working hard toward a goal.
NakedSPYAIR

It’s a powerful, message-driven song that stresses the importance of being your true self while facing life’s loneliness and hardship.
Even as it wrestles with the distance between oneself and others, its forward-looking attitude—gradually opening one’s heart—leaves a strong impression.
It’s a rock track that makes full use of a band sound, with SPYAIR’s signature, forceful performance and vocals that resonate deeply.
Released in September 2012, this work served as the lead single for the album “Just Do It” and was also used as the ending theme for the Nippon TV show “Futtonda.” It encourages you to accept yourself as you are and gives you the courage to take a new step forward.
Solar WindPerfume
Perfume’s “Solar Wind” is a track released in 2025, included on the album “Nebula Romance: Part II.” The sound is digitally driven in a way that feels quintessentially Perfume, and its near-futuristic vibe conveys a sense of moving forward.
As the title suggests, the lyrics evoke outer space, and the imagery of heading into the distance also expresses a positive, forward-looking attitude.
It was also used as the theme song for a Gundam card game commercial, which further reinforces that sense of optimism.
