Minecraft accessories
Let’s make some game character merchandise! Here are ideas for Minecraft-themed accessories.
Minecraft is a globally popular game, and it even had a movie released.
How about making accessories inspired by Minecraft characters this time? You’ll need a grass-like sheet material, wooden cubes, scissors, black felt, strong double-sided tape or glue, an awl, and accessory findings.
You can get all the materials at a 100-yen shop, so feel free to give it a try!
Tabletop clay accessories
Small clay mascots that can sit on a tabletop test your attention to detail precisely because you’re aiming for a compact, easy-to-display size.
While you’re free to create whatever you like, it’s fun to build a unique world with things that don’t exist in reality—like a pig popping out of a flowerpot or a sheep blooming like a flower.
Paying close attention to details such as the pig’s and sheep’s coats to craft them finely adds realism, which in turn makes the finished piece’s strangeness stand out even more.
Using clays in a variety of colors for a colorful finish is a key point that enhances the joy of both the making process and the display.
Accessories and small items (1–10)
[Resin] Glossy Keychain

Let’s make a glossy, shiny keychain using resin.
If you want a more mature design, try keeping it simple with alphabet nail stickers and shell pieces.
Place the nail stickers and shell pieces into the mold, then pour resin over them.
Add and cure them in this order: nail stickers, clear resin, colored resin, and shells.
Finish by adding sparkle with a color gel, give it a final coat, attach the keychain hardware, and you’re done! Try creating it with any design you like.
Macramé tassel keychain

Macramé items—interior decor and small accessories—have been drawing attention for a few years now.
You’ve probably seen macramé wall hangings or plant hangers on social media.
While macramé may seem like something only advanced crafters do, did you know small pieces like keychains are actually easy to make? Use your preferred keychain hardware and try making one with macramé cord in your favorite color.
Using two or more colors makes it look a bit more intricate.
There are many knotting methods, but if you’re only doing a few rows, it’s super easy!
smartphone strap

Here’s an idea for a smartphone strap made with macramé rope.
It’s simple but looks high-end.
The materials you’ll need are a swivel clasp and macramé rope.
First, hang the swivel clasp using an S-hook or similar, then thread the macramé rope through it and start knotting.
The knotting method is easy and repeats the same motion, so even beginners can try it with confidence.
Once you’ve finished the strap portion, thread the macramé rope you were using back through the swivel clasp, wrap the rope tightly around the space between the knots and the clasp, and secure it with adhesive—that’s it!
