What is something you can see but can’t touch?

The answer to this riddle is something unique to elementary schoolers, or rather, it even comes up in lower grades’ classes.
If you have a flash of insight, even a first-grader could solve it.
The hint: it’s something you can usually find in a classroom or a room.
Try solving it while thinking, “What is it that I’m always looking at?” The answer is “time.” You can see it, but since it isn’t a physical object like a clock, you can’t touch it—that’s the trick.
A super difficult problem with two possible answers
This is an ultra-difficult quiz with two possible answers.
The questions are designed so that if you follow a certain rule, two answers emerge.
These quizzes demand flexible thinking—considering what numbers written in katakana might mean, or combining symbols with something else to fit a condition.
The key is to avoid fixed ideas and approach the answers from various angles, such as numbers, kanji, and symbols.
Start with practice problems and gradually increase the difficulty to enjoy the challenge.

I tend to think of quizzes as knowledge questions like “Who founded the Tokugawa shogunate?” and riddles as insight-based ones like “What’s something you can’t cut no matter how much you cut it?” How do you draw the line between them? When it comes to insight-based riddles—especially at an advanced level—the difficulty can be sky-high.
If you’re confident in your riddle-solving skills, give it a try! People who love books or newspapers and are strong with print might have an advantage… or maybe not—that’s what makes it fun!
Riddle Trick Quiz
Trick questions are hard to solve precisely because you can’t answer them with just knowledge or common sense.
But that’s what makes them a fun brain workout and great for getting everyone excited! So this time, we’re introducing some “trick riddle quizzes.” Some of these are a bit mean-spirited, with answers that make you go, “Wait, that counts?” so be careful.
Even if you’re sure you’ve found the right answer, try looking at it from another angle.
The answer you’re certain can’t be right might actually be the correct one.
Ultra-difficult trick quiz
Are you bad at trick questions? I couldn’t even get the classic one—“Which is heavier, 1 kg of iron or 1 kg of cotton?”—I just kept groaning and never reached the right answer.
I’m the type who overthinks and self-destructs, assuming there must be some hidden twist just because it’s presented as a question.
