Recycled Mini Notebook

How to Make a Recycled Mini Notebook from a Single Sheet of Paper ~Recycle Nootbooks~
Recycled Mini Notebook

Recycle leftover paper! Here’s how to make a mini notebook.

Do you have magazines or flyers you kept thinking you might use someday? Here’s how to turn those papers you couldn’t throw away into a mini notebook.

Materials: any unwanted magazines or leaflets.

A4 size is easy to work with, but other sizes are fine too.

First, place the paper vertically and fold it in half.

After halving, rotate it horizontally and fold it in half again.

If you can fold it so it’s divided into 16 sections, you’re good.

Cut a slit along the crease at the center, then rotate it horizontally and make another slit.

After that, fold along the creases and your mini notebook is complete! There’s also a simpler method: fold a rectangular sheet into 8 sections and just cut a slit in the middle.

If you use plain paper, you can even make an original mini picture book—try different types and sizes of paper and have fun experimenting.

Next, cut the colored construction paper into the shape of a bandage holder and glue it together.

Once it’s assembled, punch a hole for the chain, thread the chain through, and place your finished gauze bandages inside.

Now you have your own original cute bandages and a bandage case!

Here’s how to make a makeup palette out of paper.

Prepare the following: thick board cover paper (Mino size), mini strong magnets, a slim aluminum mirror (peel off the mirror only), decorative origami paper, tape, double-sided tape, plastic sheet, and scissors.

Pre-measure and cut the lengths for the outer base and spine, the palette base, the outer paper, and the palette paper.

Glue the outer base layers together, place the mirror, mark a cutout 2 cm from the top of the base, and cut it out.

Use double-sided tape to attach the outer paper, base, and spine, then wrap the base with the paper.

Apply OPP tape to cover and seal everything together.

Once you attach the mirror, the outer section is complete.

Next, mark sizes on the palette base, score the folds, cut where needed, add the magnets, and glue down the folded sections.

Attach the paper with double-sided tape, then assemble it with the outer palette to finish!

cute strawberry

How to Make Cute Paper Strawberries (Paper Quilling) – DIY Tutorial
cute strawberry

Let’s make cute, round, red strawberries with paper quilling! Paper quilling is a type of papercraft where you roll thin strips of paper.

First, cut lots of strips of red construction paper about 3 mm wide.

Next, wrap the tip of a strip around a pin and roll the paper around and around.

Glue down the end to secure it.

Make several of these rolled parts, and since you’ll stack them to form the strawberry shape, vary the length you roll so the parts are different sizes.

Glue the parts together, and once you’ve made the strawberry, add the calyx using green construction paper—and you’re done! Making lots of them looks super cute.

Flapping cards

[A4 Paper] How to Make a Flipping Hexagon Paper Toy That Moves Back and Forth — Easy Craft Toy That Kids Will Love ◇ How to Make a Paper Toy Craft
Flapping cards

Here’s how to make a flippy hexagon toy using A4 paper.

Prepare A4 paper, glue, scissors, a ruler, and colored pens.

Place the A4 sheet horizontally, mark about three points 3 cm up from the bottom, draw a line, and cut along the line.

From the edge of the cut strip, mark 2 cm, draw a line from the corner, and cut.

After cutting, rotate the paper and fold it into a triangle.

Next, paying attention to the lines, fold it backward; keep repeating this step, alternating the folds.

Open the paper, and if you have 10 triangles, cut the strip at the line at the end of the 10th triangle.

After folding along the line of the 3rd triangle, count to the 3rd line again and fold.

You’ll have some excess at the end, so lift the lower layer up, fold the protruding triangular part toward you, and glue it down.

Draw your favorite illustration on one side, then open it again from the core and draw the picture once more—and you’re done!

Onigiri Concentration

Concentration is a game that both adults and children can enjoy.

This time, let’s make Concentration cards that look like rice balls (onigiri)! Cut white construction paper into triangles and draw the fillings.

Since it’s Concentration, be sure to draw two of each item! In the video, dot stickers are used to represent the fillings, so using stickers might make it look even more realistic.

Once you stick black construction paper on the front to represent the seaweed, your Onigiri Concentration set is complete! The possibilities for onigiri fillings are endless, so it really expands how you can play.

Tamaire game

[Crafts] Only paper materials! Try the surprisingly tricky “Ball Toss Game”!
Tamaire game

Here’s how to make a Ring Toss Launcher.

Prepare B5 colored construction paper, a paper plate, scissors, cellophane tape, a stapler, a felt-tip pen, and glue.

Fold the construction paper into thirds, then unfold it, turn it the other way, and accordion-fold it.

Once accordion-folded, fold it in half and secure the center with cellophane tape.

Next, turn the paper plate upside down and firmly tape the front and back of the accordion-folded paper to the plate.

Cut two slits at the top of the accordion, fold the tabs up, and the ring-launching part is complete.

Finally, roll a strip of colored paper into a ring and staple it to make the ring.

Set the ring on the accordion; when you press the accordion down, the ring pops up—it’s lots of fun!
