How about making your favorite Ultraman with origami? All you need is one sheet of origami paper.
Place the colored side up and make creases on the top and bottom using the basic kite fold.
Pinch and fold along the creases at the center, then fold both top corners downward to suggest Ultraman’s eyes.
Inside-reverse-fold the corners you just folded down so the colored side shows, then squash and open them out.
Next, fold the front bottom corner up to meet the top center corner, then fold it back down to align with the lower crease.
Fold the top corner as if shaping Ultraman’s head, and finally adjust the details to resemble your favorite Ultraman—done!
Ultraman mask

Fun to make with kids! Here’s how to make an Ultraman mask.
First, draw Ultraman’s face on construction paper, sized to fit the wearer’s face.
After cutting out the face, take an empty snack box (or similar cardboard), cut a strip to the size of a headband, and attach rubber bands to both ends.
Apply wood glue to the headband and clamp it firmly to the mask with clothespins or similar clips.
Let it dry, and you’re done! Have your child draw their favorite Ultraman and do some coloring first—adults can enjoy joining in, too.
Give it a try!
Ultraman cardboard helmet

Make it with cardboard! Here’s how to create a wearable headpiece to transform into Ultraman.
What you’ll need: a milk carton, colored cloth tape, an empty tissue box, a pen, and glue.
First, cut open the milk carton so it lays flat.
Next, draw the horn shape of your favorite Ultraman on the carton.
After cutting it out, wrap the carton with colored tape that matches your chosen Ultraman’s look and decorate it with a pen.
Finally, make a base using the empty tissue box and glue the horns onto it—that’s it!
Baltan alien made with sticky notes

You can make Ultraman cutout art using sticky notes! It’s simple yet surprisingly deep—here’s how to make Ultraman with sticky notes.
Prepare square sticky notes and a craft knife or scissors suitable for cutting sticky notes.
First, stick the Ultraman template above the adhesive strip of the sticky note.
Next, cut along the shape to remove the excess.
It’s easier if you rotate the sticky note as you cut.
Fold along the area with the adhesive strip, and you’re done! Try changing the size of the sticky notes or experimenting with different cutting tools to have even more fun.
Ultraman rice ball

Make it with your kids! Here’s how to make recommended Ultraman rice balls (onigiri).
You’ll need rice for the head and limbs of Ultraman, toothpicks, a straw, nori (seaweed), cheese, imitation crab sticks (kanikama), and edamame.
First, shape the rice into Ultraman’s head, arms, and legs.
Use cheese to make the eyes.
Cut the nori to fit the head, then cut the kanikama to create the body parts.
Use a straw to punch out pieces from the edamame, and your parts are ready.
Finally, assemble all the parts onto the rice balls.
