Tomoko Kawase, who enjoys strong support as a fashion leader, performs as Tommy february and is active in a wide range of work including writing lyrics for others.
This is a signature song by the brilliant green, the band for which she is the vocalist; its slightly bluesy sound evokes a sense of loneliness.
Kawase’s clear, translucent singing voice is distinctive.
Schoolgirl Complexsympathy
Sympathy is an all-girl band formed by four high school classmates from Kochi Prefecture.
This track, included on their fourth mini-album “Nakittsura ni Kemuri,” released in 2018, blends a brisk, melodic-hardcore-style intro with a laid-back groove and sweet-toned vocals that are downright addictive.

The five-member girls’ band BAND-MAID could now be called a metal band without exaggeration.

The Babysitters, affectionately known as “Babishi,” are a girls’ band from Nagoya.
They’re characterized by having many girly songs, and their slightly innocent vocals are very pleasant to listen to.
It’s a love song I’d recommend to anyone who likes cute bands.
We GoDROP DOLL
It’s a song characterized by lyrics from a bold, assertive girl—something you wouldn’t expect from such a cute appearance.
Drop Doll is a girls’ band that only made their major debut in 2017, but their strong performance skills and high-quality songs have been steadily earning them popularity.
Kiseki RushGIRLFRIEND
This is a cheer song by GIRLFRIEND, a girls’ band from Osaka.
While it’s an anthem of support, it’s also an unrequited love song that turns thoughts toward a guy who’s doing his best.

They’re a group of four still very young girls, so I hope they keep charging forward, believing in miracles!

Girlfriend is a band formed by members of the CALESS Vocal & Dance School Osaka, the same school that produced SCANDAL.
The vocalist’s exceptional singing ability is remarkable, and despite being a young newcomer girls’ band, their songs and performances are of such high quality that they’re a band to watch.
