BRAVE LION is a band formed in 2001 that plays reggae and ska.

Formed in 2005, Witchery SKANK—affectionately known as “Cherisca”—was founded by members gathered mainly from students at CAT Music College.

Their bright, soaring female twin vocals and songs built on ska’s signature upbeat captivated fans through fiery performances at live venues.

Their first single, released in November 2007, reached No.

7 on the Oricon indie chart, and they followed up with a steady stream of mini-albums and full-length albums.

Although their activity spanned a brief five years, culminating in a September 2010 show at Shibuya Eggman, they left behind ambitious works such as a split album with SKULL CANDY and continue to be loved by many fans.
