In this song as well, the rap part is performed by group member Sho Sakurai.

Real FaceKAT-TUN

KAT-TUN.

I’m sure many people were captivated by their cool vibe from the moment they made their CD debut in 2006.

“Real Face” is the group’s debut single.

From the intro, you’re drawn in by its dreamy atmosphere.

The voltage steadily rises from there, and you can’t help but get pumped up as you listen.

Right before the chorus, there’s even a tongue click, and from the chorus onward, a powerful harmony rings out.

Radiating an aura and a kind of coolness that makes you admire them, it’s a quintessential KAT-TUN track.

AMBITIOUS JAPAN!TOKIO

AMBITIOUS JAPAN!TOKIO

This is the song “AMBITIOUS JAPAN!” produced as a tie-in for JR Central.

The title was also used as JR Central’s slogan, and stickers reading “AMBITIOUS JAPAN!” were placed on the sides of the lead cars of the 700 Series Shinkansen.

The campaign slogan first changed to “AMBITIOUS JAPAN! Nozomi will come true,” and later to “AMBITIOUS JAPAN! Nozomi is always there.” In addition, the melody of the A section is used as the chime at terminal stations, and the chorus melody is used as the chime at intermediate stations, serving as the onboard chimes for Shinkansen trains.

Imitation RainSixTONES

SixTONES’ debut song, marking their official debut in 2020.

They’re a new-generation Johnny’s idol group that had been active since 2015.

What’s refreshing isn’t just their years of activity—their music also incorporates distinctly modern sounds.

They’re a group to keep an eye on.

Sora-buneTOKIO

Sora-buneTOKIO

Starting as their predecessor “TOKIO BAND” in 1989, TOKIO is a group that, even within Johnny’s, continues to take on various challenges in a band style—such as farming and fishing.

This is their hit song “Sora Fune” (“Ship in the Sky”).

It also drew attention for being written and composed by Miyuki Nakajima.

A masterpiece whose powerful resolve to face the rough seas perfectly matches TOKIO’s image.

I can't love anyone but you anymore.KinKi Kids

As pioneering representatives of Kansai-born Johnny’s groups, the idol duo KinKi Kids have continued to assert a solid presence both as a group and as individuals.

Released in June 2000, this song is a wistful number chosen as the theme for the NTV drama “The City Where Angels Disappeared.” The harmony of lyrics that vow eternal love and a beautiful melody truly resonates.

Centered on piano and strings, the slow-tempo arrangement seems to gently accompany those carrying a bittersweet longing.

It’s an emotional love song, perfect for looking back on memories with someone special.

“Mukashinin Hero” (Carefree Hero) was released as Kanjani∞’s 9th single.

It was used as the theme song for Nippon TV’s “Egawa × Horio no SUPER Urugusu.” It’s a life-affirming encouragement song that’s very characteristic of Kanjani∞.

It ranked 11th on Oricon’s 2008 year-end chart.
