Blue Springback number

Released in 2012 as back number’s seventh single, this song was used as the theme for the drama “High School Entrance Exam” and became a hit.
The lyrics, which seem to speak for the anxieties of youth, are deeply moving.
With a four-on-the-floor rhythm, it’s easy to get into and easy to sing.
There are no particularly high notes, so it’s recommended for men who aren’t confident in their singing.
The City Where Flowers Bloomyuzu

If you’re looking for a male duet song that’s perfect for spring, I recommend Yuzu’s “Hanasaku Machi.” The lyrics celebrate the joy of the long-awaited spring finally arriving, letting you savor a gentle, spring-like atmosphere.
The Japanese-style feel that comes through in the accompaniment also perfectly matches the image of Japan’s cherry blossoms.
If you sing this at karaoke, be sure to perform it as a duo with two men.
The chorus melody and harmonies are especially beautiful, so try to sing like the two members of Yuzu and give it a shot.
Far, far awayMakihara Noriyuki

The lyrics about thinking of a loved one far away tighten my chest.
It’s one of singer-songwriter Noriyuki Makihara’s signature songs.
Included on the 1992 album “Kimi wa Boku no Takaramono” (You Are My Treasure).
Although it wasn’t released as a single, its relatable message became a hot topic and turned it into a fan favorite.
Isn’t it the perfect song for spring, a season of both meetings and farewells?
Song of Springsupittsu

It’s a classic spring song by the rock band Spitz, released in 2005.
The acoustic guitar’s tone is pleasantly soothing, and the fresh, breezy feel is memorable.
It was featured in an Aquarius commercial and became a hot topic.
The soaring vocals in the chorus are wonderful.
It’s recommended for both men and women.
It isn’t difficult, so give it a try!

The Beginningayaka

This is a song by Ayaka, a singer-songwriter from Moriguchi, Osaka Prefecture.
It’s included as the first track on her third album, “The beginning,” released in 2012.
The title feels perfect for spring, the season of new beginnings.
The lyrics are packed with heartfelt feelings about living together with someone precious.
PinkieBUMP OF CHICKEN

This is a song that spins a delicate tale themed around cherry blossoms.
It beautifully portrays the determination to keep holding close the promises made with someone dear, even as time slips by.
From the intro, the gentle tone of the strings and the warm vocals of Motoo Fujiwara from BUMP OF CHICKEN seep into the heart, resulting in a piece that perfectly accompanies the cherry blossom season.
It was included as the coupling track to the single “HAPPY,” released in April 2010.
In the springtime, when anxieties and expectations about new environments mix together, this is a song that will gently give you a push forward.
cherry blossomDA PUMP

A beautiful ballad with a Japanese flair from DA PUMP, one of Japan’s leading dance and vocal groups.
Set against the changing seasons from winter to spring, it uses cherry blossoms as a metaphor to express life’s fragility and the importance of bonds.
ISSA’s powerful yet delicate vocals, paired with the members’ graceful choreography, create a world that resonates deeply with viewers.
Released in March 2019, the song was selected as the opening theme for TBS’s CDTV in February and March.
Distinct from the danceable image of their previous hit “U.S.A.,” this track showcases a new side of DA PUMP.
It’s a song you’ll want to listen to when reflecting on life’s milestones and cherished memories, especially during the season that heralds the arrival of spring.
