Here’s a recipe for marshmallow chocolate cookies that’s easy to make—just stack and bake.
This idea uses an oven, so be careful to avoid burns while you work.
First, place marshmallows on a baking sheet and bake at 110° for 10 minutes.
Once the marshmallows have softened, place store-bought cookies on top and bake for another 40 minutes to finish.
When placing the cookies, press them lightly into the marshmallows.
If you have time, you can make the cookies from scratch instead.
