the floor, fred remixFred again.., BEAM & Skin On Skin

A collaborative release by London-born producer Fred again.., Jamaica-born Grammy-winning artist Beam, and Skin On Skin, who hails from South Sudan and is based in Paris and Tokyo.

This work was released as part of Fred again..’s 2025 USB project, which involves “10 tracks in 10 weeks + live shows in 10 cities.” What’s intriguing is the experimental approach of dropping only two remix versions simultaneously without an original.

It’s a bona fide floor-filler, layering club-ready heavy basslines with house grooves.

The spontaneous rollout—released right after its live debut in Madrid—also feels quintessentially Fred again…

A vocal house staple.

Mark Knight draws inspiration from the soulful roots of his latest single, ‘If It’s Love.’ If this work is a revival of the soulful house that became popular in the 1990s, the vocals are rendered with an old-school sound, yet the mood is decidedly modern.

But it’s more than just an homage; it blends the vibrant, feel-good groove of the classics with contemporary trends in just the right measure, achieving a timeless vibe.

Just Be Good To MeEarth n Days

Earth & Days is a two-person house music unit that debuted in February 2020.

Their groove is satisfying, with a sharp, slap-style bassline intertwined with punchy, attack-heavy sounds and an even four-on-the-floor kick.

A piano fades in beneath the female vocal refrain repeating the title.

The development in the middle section is superb, and the message embedded in the title makes it a track that truly says, “Just Be Good To Me.”

A collaboration between Alan Fitzpatrick, who has been at the forefront of the techno scene, and Jamie Jones, a heavyweight in the house scene with numerous hit productions.

Released on Hot Creations—the leading label helmed by Jamie Jones and active from London to Ibiza—it became one of the biggest floor bombs of June 2020.

The track hit during the COVID-19 pandemic and garnered significant attention through streaming.

For those who like stylish house music, we recommend “Ride It.” The way the vocals are processed is incredibly sexy.

With its serious melody, it seems perfect for an evening or nighttime drive.

The groove is outstanding, too.

This release brings together two talented British acts: Disclosure, the brother duo who deftly fuse UK Garage and pop, and Chris Lake, a leading figure in the tech house scene, featuring R&B singer Leven Kali.

Following their previous collaboration, the track was released in September 2025.

It blends Chris Lake’s signature bouncy, feel-good tech house bassline with Disclosure’s shimmering palette of rich textures.

Layered on top is Leven Kali’s soulful vocal, giving the groove a compelling mix of power, sensuality, and warmth.

A chant-like phrase that unites the dance floor stands out, making it a perfect recommendation for anyone looking to dance with that late-summer sense of freedom.

Twenty years on from the original release, Purple Disco Machine has remixed Fatboy Slim’s stone-cold classic “Praise You.” The year 2018, marked by the global smash hit “Dished (Male Stripper),” became a defining moment for him.

He processes the gospel-influenced vocals of the original and amplifies the disco elements.
