This is a song by Tama that was used as the ending theme for the anime Chibi Maruko-chan.

Singer-songwriter Gero, who’s also active as a YouTuber, initially had an idol-like vibe, but his true colors gradually came out, and now he’s popular as a singer-songwriter who can really handle talk segments.
Among his works, the one I especially recommend is Udon.
