Since discovering music during my school days, I’ve mainly listened to Japanese and Korean pop. An industrial zone is a region where industrial activity is thriving. In recent years, you often see them in photos of beautiful night views. Keihin refers to the zone combining Tokyo and Yokohama; Chukyo is in Aichi Prefecture; and Hanshin encompasses Osaka and Kobe. In recent years, there have been references to the three major industrial zones excluding Kitakyushu, where production has been declining, as well as proposals for a new set of four major industrial zones.

Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower

The ultra-high-rise MORI JP Tower at Azabudai Hills, which opened on November 24, 2023. At 330 meters tall, it surpassed Abeno Harukas (300 meters), the previous tallest building, to become the tallest in Japan. It’s almost the same height as Tokyo Tower at 333 meters! I wonder what Tokyo Tower looks like when seen from the same eye level.
