Released in October 2025, this track was created based on vocalist Yosuke Momono’s experiences playing on his high school soccer team.

It was Monobright’s fifth single and was selected as the opening theme for the anime Gintama, marking the band’s first anime tie-in.
For many people, this song is probably the one they associate most with Monobright.
Its tagline proudly proclaims: “Bizarre and extraordinary.
Monobright magic that will steal your heart!” True to that tagline, it’s a poppy, catchy track that sticks in your head after just one listen.
Moonwalkmonoburaito
This was the last song by monobright after Toru Hidaka joined, when they were a five-piece.
The catchphrase was “a sense of sci-fi in the heart.” It was created as an ending theme for the anime Gintama, with lyrics that feel like hurling emotions at the anime’s sci-fi-tinged world, and a melody that carries an oldies vibe.
I think it was a song that could only have been made because it brought together the around-forty Hidaka, the around-thirty Momono, and Deguchi the anime otaku.
Singin’ in the Rainmonoburaito
From the translucent tone of the electric piano and an intro marked by polyrhythmic phrases to a somewhat Sakanaction-esque light disco sound, this track stands out with a chorus built from wordless vocals—unconventional through and through.
The music video, which blends animation with live-action silhouettes of people, is exquisitely beautiful—artistic, in a word.
Lonely Sunmonoburaito
This is Monobright’s seventh single and the theme song for the drama “Samurai High School,” marking their first tie-in with a TV drama.
The song was written specifically for this show.
Its tagline is: “A parched, merciless era—yet we still move forward.” As vocalist Momono, who wrote the lyrics and composed the music, said: “I turned the image of the invisible, hazy wall that everyone runs into into a song.” It powerfully gives voice to the feelings anyone experiences during adolescence and becomes a track that gives you a firm push forward.
Departure and the Boy 3monoburaito

This is Monobright’s 11th single and the theme song for the film “Konzentsu Tokkyu” (Weddings Before Long-Distance Express).
Thanks to the movie tie-in, Yuriko Yoshitaka appears on the cover, and she also co-stars with the band in the music video for “DANCING BABE,” which became the theme song.
