GREEN FLASH Fes is held at a resort facility in Fukui Prefecture, set against the backdrop of the sea. A “green flash” is the moment when a green light appears as the sun sinks into the ocean, and legend has it that seeing it brings good luck. Organized by two founders and volunteers, all of whom are active musicians in Fukui, it will be held with confidence as a music festival deeply rooted in the local music scene, showcasing artists who are active in Fukui.

It’s a music festival organized by FM Fukui that has been running since 2006. Numerous artists who are gaining nationwide attention perform there. For many of them, this event often marks their first live show in Fukui.
