Rinimane is the character of Nara City’s Linear Promotion Division, and the name is short for “Linear Beckoning Deer.” In the 2016 Yuru-Chara Grand Prix, it won first place within Nara Prefecture together with Rini-kun.

This song is a PR tune sung by Rinimane himself, and the animation is adorable too.

The group name “Kinaries” comes from “Kinarino no Sato,” an alternate name for Shimokitayama Village.
