You only need two things to prepare! Here’s an idea for a newspaper sheet game.
It’s also a great option when you have to switch activities indoors due to sudden bad weather.
With just newspaper and tape, you can start playing right away! Set up a long chain of connected newspaper sheets under a chair.
While sitting on the chair, move both feet left and right to store the newspaper under the chair.
The key is to use the entire sole of your feet, which also makes it perfect for strengthening your core.
Newspaper Ninja

Why not play Newspaper Ninja using everyday newspapers? All you need is newspaper! It’s simple and fun for both kids and adults.
Hide behind a big sheet for the “cloak of invisibility” technique, tear the paper into shreds for the “clone” technique, or pretend the torn pieces are throwing stars for the “shuriken” technique—make the most of newspaper and have a blast! Finally, don’t forget the “gathering” technique: clean up by putting all the scattered newspaper into a bag.
Do this at a nursery or kindergarten, and it’s sure to be a hit!
Let’s play with newspaper stick(s)

Let’s make newspaper stick toys that are sure to delight kids! With their stretchy, fluffy ends that extend with a boing, children will be fascinated and have lots of fun.
The method is very simple, so you can make them together with your child, or teachers can make them to surprise the kids—it’ll be a hit either way! Cut a sheet of newspaper lengthwise into two strips.
Roll up one strip tightly; as you near the end, place the second strip on top and continue rolling, then secure it with cellophane tape.
To finish, make a cross-shaped cut at the tip, pull out the newspaper from the center, and it’s done.
Once you make one, you can enjoy it over and over, so give it a try!
A plastic ball made from newspaper

Some games using newspapers can leave a big mess that’s hard to clean up afterward.
At times like that, let’s use the newspapers that became trash to make a vinyl ball! This way, cleaning up might even become fun, don’t you think?
Easy Ninja Sword with Newspaper

Let’s make a simple ninja sword using newspaper! You’ll need newspaper and a small piece of cardboard.
First, draw two circles on the cardboard, and draw a smaller circle inside each of them.
Using a compass will help you draw neat circles.
Cut out the outer circles, and use a utility knife to cut out the inner circles.
An adult should do the cutting with the utility knife, or work together with a child.
Next, roll up the newspaper tightly and tape the ends.
Finally, insert the cut-out cardboard rings onto the newspaper and secure them with tape, and your ninja sword is complete! Since it’s made of newspaper, it’s safe even if it bumps into someone.
