Newspaper magic where milk disappears

We’ll introduce a magic trick full of surprises: when you pour milk into a rolled-up newspaper, the milk you poured seems to vanish.
The secret isn’t in the newspaper, but in the cup holding the milk.
First, prepare two clear cups of the same size: one with a lid and one without.
Cut a hole near the top of the lidless cup.
Pour about 2 cm of milk into the lidded cup, then nest the lidless cup inside it and finally put the lid on.
When you tilt the stacked cups, the milk flows through the hole, making it look like the liquid level is dropping.
If you use colored water instead of milk, the show will look even more dazzling.

A card prediction magic trick using a newspaper and a knife

Return the card chosen by the spectator to the deck and shuffle.
Then lay the cards out randomly on the table and cover them with a sheet of newspaper.
Next, take careful aim with a knife and stab down…
and the knife ends up piercing the very card the spectator selected.
Thanks to the flashy knife-stabbing presentation, it tends to get the crowd excited.
But the method is surprisingly simple: the card wasn’t truly chosen by the spectator—it was forced by the magician.
If the forced card is the 2 of Hearts, prepare an identical 2 of Hearts in advance and secretly attach it to the underside of the newspaper cover.
At the end, simply stab the knife into the spot where the hidden card is, and the trick is complete.
This effect is achieved by combining a forcing technique, which makes the spectator “choose” the card the magician wants, with a false shuffle that appears to mix the deck without actually changing the order.
Torn pieces of a newspaper are restored to their original state.

Introducing a fascinating magic trick where torn newspaper pieces instantly return to their original state.
Prepare two identical newspapers.
Fold the one you won’t tear into a small bundle and use double-sided tape to stick it discreetly to the back of the newspaper you plan to tear.
When tearing, keep the folded part hidden under your hand and tear while layering the torn pieces over it.
At the end, crumple the torn pieces into a ball, stick it onto the hidden intact newspaper on the back, then open the newspaper to reveal the restoration.
The key magic moments are when you tear and when you crumple.

What happens if you fold a newspaper three times and tear it vertically?

Here’s a unique magic trick that you can also enjoy as a quiz.
You take a newspaper, fold it three times, then tear it vertically down the middle, and everyone guesses how many pieces you’ll end up with.
Since you have to use your imagination to figure out the number of pieces, many people might be surprised and go “What?!” when they hear the answer.
Another fun point is that the number of pieces changes depending on whether you tear it vertically or horizontally! Check out each video and try incorporating the trick yourself.

Let me introduce a recommended magic trick you should definitely try when you’re dressed as a ninja.
Crumple up a single sheet of newspaper and—voilà!—the balled-up paper appears to float in midair.
The secret is super simple: you’re just wrapping the newspaper around the sword worn at your waist.
You can’t tell from the front, but from the side you can clearly see the newspaper draped over the sword.
Kids are sure to react well if you perform it in front of them.

Top-Secret Trump and the Newspaper

I’ll introduce a mysterious magic trick that uses a secret deck of cards and a newspaper.
This is a commercially available magic prop.
After you let the spectators freely choose playing cards, you start cutting the newspaper with scissors.
Strangely, the number of pieces that appear matches the number written on the card the spectator selected.
What’s interesting is that it’s not just one person picking a card—multiple people can.
Since the newspaper is used each time, you can even change a heart into a club by the way you cut it.
If you want to know the secret behind it, be sure to purchase the product!

The secret is super simple! First, double up the newspaper and load paper streamers between the two layers.
Next, after covering the bucket with the newspaper, tear the top layer of the newspaper and pull out the streamers with a stick or similar tool—that’s it.
