[Age 3] Ninja circuit play

We’ll train like ninjas using a handmade circuit we created together with kids who love ninja play.
By using fun tools and circuits they made themselves and adding the playful element of “ninja training,” children can move their bodies naturally and enjoyably without pushing too hard.
Through exercise, they not only develop jumping power and balance, but also learn to follow rules and take turns, as well as cooperate with friends.
The sense of achievement at the finish feels great! After completing the circuit, prepare fun games like shuriken play and target throwing, and they’ll definitely be excited, saying, “Let’s do it again!”

Let’s fold a shuriken out of origami—hugely popular at preschools, kindergartens, and for making at home.
If it’s your first time, practice while watching the video.
The video shows close-ups of the hands and explains slowly and clearly.
Once you master the folding method, you can make shuriken in all sizes, from large to small.
It’s also fun to use different patterns and your favorite colors to create colorful shuriken.
Fold lots of shuriken with your child and play ninja together.
Dance “Serious Ninja”

To an upbeat and cheerful tune, Kengo-sensei, the exercise big brother, sings and dances.
The ninja dance includes a variety of movements, so kids can get exercise while playing.
Jump, lie down, run—learn ninja moves while having fun with the teacher, your family, and friends.
Master them and become a fine ninja! Perfect for nursery and kindergarten recitals, performances, and sports days—or dance at home, move your body a lot, and play with big smiles.
Children’s song “Shuriken Ninja”

The song Shuriken Ninja, sung by Yoshihisa Kobayashi—affectionately known as Yoshi Oniisan and the 11th Exercise Brother on NHK’s program Okaasan to Issho—is bursting with energy and fun.
Yoshi Oniisan throws shuriken and uses ninja arts while dancing joyfully with everyone.
Sing out loud and jump with lots of energy together with your preschool or kindergarten, teachers, family, and friends, and become a splendid ninja.
Can you throw a shuriken well? Come on—sing, dance, move your body, and train like a ninja!
