I think both of them are truly top-tier singers representing Japan, and I’m enchanted by how a song turns out when such a man and woman create it together.
Their voices blend perfectly, it’s so pleasant to listen to, and I play it all the time.

NOHARAAge Factory
This song, “NOHARA,” which also serves as the album’s title track, flows seamlessly after “Ginger” on the album.
Together with “Ginger,” it has the momentum befitting a lead track.
Unlike their previous songs, it carries a pleasantly raw edge.
The raspy, shouting vocals feel great as well.

It is included on their third original album, “and yet, it moves: The Proper Way to Turn the Earth.” The track features a heavy sound with the guitar tone prominently up front, while simultaneously conveying the refreshing quality that is their hallmark.

The lyrics tell a story of someone who didn’t think much of a person at first, but before they knew it, they’d fallen for them—only to confess and find out the other person was already taken.
It’s an intense song that still carries a touch of melancholy.
