Nomura Securities’ commercial, “Empowering Dreams, Turning Strength into Dreams: 2020—Each One’s Resolve,” supports the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games as a Gold Partner.
The ad features Hiroshi Tamaki, Kentaro Sakaguchi, and Mei Nagano.
In the first half, just like various para-athletes, Sakaguchi plays volleyball, Tamaki does archery, and Nagano competes in track and field.
In the second half, footage shows spectators applauding athletes engaged in fierce competition.

This is a NISA commercial that aired in 2013.

This commercial aired around 2012 and carries the theme of supporting countries and companies through investing.
The footage features a time-lapse of Lake Ashi and Mt.

This video is a commercial that aired in 2012, mainly featuring footage of Tsurumi in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It’s a time-lapse sequence from night through dawn in an industrial zone, and at the end there’s an effect that overlaps the sun with the image of the Japanese flag, which fits the theme of supporting Japan through investment.

This is Nomura Securities’ 2017 commercial, “Ask Nomura: The Highest Compliment.” Kentaro Sakaguchi plays a new employee at Nomura who becomes flustered when elderly clients—a gentleman and a lady—tell him they’ll “introduce him to someone good,” so he consults his senior colleague played by Hiroshi Tamaki.
Tamaki replies that it’s “the highest compliment.” Introducing someone to someone else is a sign of trust.
