LSD1200 Mics

1200 Micrograms is a psychedelic trance group representing Spain.
Their official name is “1200 Micrograms,” but they’re also known by the abbreviation “1200 Mics.” Psychedelic trance strongly reflects shamanistic culture, and compared to other groups and artists, their works particularly embody those elements.
Their classic track “LSD” is a high-BPM, cool piece that can be called the epitome of psychedelic trance.
As for the title—let’s not get into the details (lol).
GhostbustersGMS

GMS, short for Growing Mad Scientists, is a duo hugely popular in the psychedelic trance hotbed of the Netherlands.
Comprised of Riktam and Bansi, they were active for many years starting in 1995, but since Bansi sadly passed away from cancer in 2018, there have been no releases since then.
One of their classic tracks is Ghostbusters.
It’s an exceptionally polished and wonderful piece, and I imagine many people feel sad knowing we can no longer hear new works like this.
Massive ActivityAstrix & Domestic

Astrix is an Israel-born music producer who specializes in a subgenre of psychedelic trance known as full-on psytrance, characterized by steady drums and bass at 130 BPM or higher.
As mentioned, his distinctive sound has earned him enduring popularity in the psytrance scene.
Massive Activity is a collaboration between him and Domestic.
If you enjoy highly immersive psy, you’ll probably love this.

I WishSkazi

Skazi is an electro group formed in 1998 by Asher Swissa and Asaf Bivas.
They’ve explored various electronic music genres—not only psychedelic trance, but also dubstep and industrial.
Although Asaf Bivas has since left, making it more of a solo project, the act continues much as it did in the past.
The track I’d like to recommend as a classic by Skazi is “I Wish,” a fascinating masterpiece that blends classical music with trance.
Great Spirit (Extended Mix)Armin van Buuren vs Vini Vici feat. Hilight Tribe

Compared to popular genres like EDM and tropical house, trance is a bit less well-known.
Even so, there are artists with global recognition in this genre, and one of them is Armin van Buuren, who released “Great Spirit (Extended Mix).” The track features Vini Vici, a popular psytrance DJ duo, and Highlight Tribe, known for incorporating ethnic music elements into their sound, so you’ll hear phrases reminiscent of traditional music.
Be sure to check it out.
