It’s no exaggeration to say they were the biggest hit of 2015: WANIMA, a three-piece rock band from Kumamoto that’s on a meteoric rise.
Their catchphrase is “one chance,” and despite their raunchy, wild image, they sometimes sing incredibly beautiful songs like this one—the contrast is irresistible.
By the way, this song is about the late grandfather of KENTA, the band’s bassist and vocalist.
Like MONOEYES, WANIMA will be performing only at the Tokyo show.

TOTALFAT is a four-piece rock band in which the bass and guitar each take on vocal duties depending on the song.
This track was used as the theme song for the anime Naruto, so younger listeners or those with children may find it familiar.
Its bright, catchy melody and the intertwining dual-guitar solo are truly impressive.
