Alcala Popular Song Ranking [2026]

Alkala, who call themselves the “eccentric masters of rock.” Their many catchy, aggressive songs stick in your ears and won’t let go of listeners’ hearts.

With “Fried Rice MUSIC,” used as an ending theme for the anime Dragon Ball Super, they also became known among children.

This time, we’ll present a ranking of their popular songs.

Their music has an original structure, yet it feels remarkably vibrant.

I’ve heard that many people are especially captivated by the flashes of refined sensibility that shine within its gritty elements.

They truly radiate a one-of-a-kind presence, don’t they? It’s rock that carries a powerful, forward-looking message—urging those who are striving now to become stronger someday in the distant future.

This song, the epitome of Alcala, who bills themselves as the “eccentric master of the rock world,” is quirky yet super catchy from the very first line: “shuppoppo, shuppoppo, gattan gattan gotton ton.” It’s an up-tempo, whirlwind track that always fires up the crowd live.

W-wait, don’t do that.Arukara10rank/position

It’s a stylish mid-tempo track.

Although it seems laid-back at a mid-tempo pace, the drums are incredibly busy, making it a very engaging listen.

The structure is also very unique and interesting.

They just have a way of getting you excited, don’t they?

Not enough abnormality.Arukara11rank/position

This track features slightly irregular textures here and there.

Nevertheless, it comes together wonderfully without disrupting the atmosphere of the piece.

The band ensemble is excellent, and as you listen, it’s sure to grab your heart.

Arukara “Mixed Juice” (Official Music Video)

A track from the 2012 EP “Okawari Kudasai.” For an ordinary rock band, the theme is somewhat eccentric, and the dizzying song development is truly music that only Arukara could pull off.

Even so, one of its hallmarks is the chorus with outstanding catchiness: “I want to drink mixed juice.”

Imperfect YouArukara13rank/position

It’s a slightly moody piece in triple meter.

The sound has a somewhat minimal feel, giving the impression that everything is neatly put together.

The band ensemble is incredibly cool in this track.

This kind of facet can be interesting at times, too.

Very versatile.

Shifting away from Alcara’s exotic vibe, this track has a slightly cooler tone.

Their technique and high-tone vocals are still very much alive and cool, and I feel it’s a song where the technical aspects really shine.

It’s nice to see this side of them once in a while, isn’t it?
