T-BOLAN Popular Songs Ranking [2026] (21–30)

DearT-BOLAN22rank/position

It’s a pattern often seen in T-BOLAN’s songs: starting as a slow ballad, then suddenly bringing in a heavy sound at the chorus.

Love and ballads, along with heavy guitar tones, are major hallmarks of T-BOLAN.

Yet every song feels gentle and enveloping, and unlike the sound itself, nothing feels sharp or edgy—you can even sense the warmth of their humanity.

Heart of GoldT-BOLAN23rank/position

Heart of GoldT-BOLAN

A gem of a ballad that shines as brightly as T-BOLAN’s biggest hits and has been cherished by fans for years.

Imbued with Arashi Moritomo’s life philosophy, this song conveys a pure, unwavering conviction that gently warms the listener’s heart.

Originally released in December 1991 as the B-side to the classic “Hanashitakunai,” it was later reborn from its synth-forward original into a softer, mellower arrangement and re-released in March 1996 as one of a double A-side single.

This version was also used as the ending theme for Olympic Quiz: Moero! Atlanta-Ō.

When you want to remember the things that truly matter—so easily lost amid the noise of everyday life—this song will surely stay close to your heart.

JUST ILLUSIONT-BOLAN24rank/position

“JUST ILLUSION” is T-BOLAN’s third single.

The lyrics were written by actress Saya Takagi, and the song was used as an insert track in the TV Asahi drama “Mayonaka wa Betsu no Kao” (A Different Face at Midnight).

From the lyrics, you get a mysterious atmosphere that suggests it isn’t a typical romance.

The composer is Tetsurō Oda.

I think it’s rare for a T-BOLAN song to have both the lyrics and composition done by people outside the band.

My Life is My WayT-BOLAN

“My Life is My Way” is included on T-BOLAN’s third original album, “SO BAD.” It conveys a powerful message: no one else decides your life, there’s no such thing as living someone else’s life.

Your life is original, so it’s natural to be different from others.

T-BOLAN and all of us are in this together.

What does T-BOLAN mean? When you think about it, it’s a curious name, isn’t it? T-BOLAN comes from the British glam rock band T.

Rex, whose vocalist was Marc Bolan.

So it’s T-BOLAN from T.

Rex’s Marc Bolan.

T.

Rex is a hard-hitting rock band, but this is a rock number that feels true to the origin of the band’s name and is different from what they’ve done before.

It’s a rare type of song for T-BOLAN.

SmileT-BOLAN27rank/position

A song with special meaning, created for the fans as the band reached a turning point.

Its message—overcoming hardship and pain, and still facing tomorrow with a smile—is conveyed through Arashi Moritomo’s husky yet warm vocals.

Many listeners may find courage in its unwavering stance of maintaining a forgiving heart and striving to be gentle, no matter the circumstances.

The track was included as an unreleased new song on the best-of album “T-BOLAN FINAL BEST ~GREATEST SONGS & MORE~,” released in December 1999.

It’s a song that offers a gentle push forward when you’re at a crossroads in life or feeling a bit down.

A hidden gem of a power ballad, overshadowed by classics like “Hanashitakunai.”

Words and MindT-BOLAN28rank/position

This is the B-side of the 5th single “Jirettai Ai,” and it’s one of my favorite songs too.

It has that Mori Tomo style and a really cool vibe.

It’s the kind of voice that makes you want to hear “I love you,” isn’t it? I’d love to have love whispered to me in this voice.

He’s one of the few male singers with a truly sexy voice.
