Recommended dance tracks. Classic dance music (61–70)
PolyrhythmPerfume

This is a song that has been used since July 2007 as the CM song for AC Japan’s 2007 joint campaign “The Recycling Mark is the ECO Mark.” It’s a dance number with robot-like movements and vocals that seems to take you into a mysterious world.
Paradise BabyRIP SLYME

This track is mostly rap, but the overall melody is seriously addictive.
Personally, I’d love to dance to it in a swimsuit on a beach at sunset.
RYUK SLYME’s rap is cool yet somehow gentle, and I’m sure it will lift the listener’s spirits.
HabitSEKAI NO OWARI

This is a song by SEKAI NO OWARI themed around humanity’s habit of categorizing.
It points out the folly of simple labels like “the haves” and “the have-nots,” and appeals for the diversity of individuality.
Released in April 2022 as the theme song for the film ‘xxxHOLiC,’ it was followed by a CD release in June.
With its mysterious tone, it perfectly matches the alluring world crafted by director Mika Ninagawa.
The song quickly gained popularity and won the Grand Prize at the 64th Japan Record Awards in 2022.
It’s an energetic track that captivates dance studio students and is guaranteed to liven up any karaoke party.
Dragon KnightSEKAI NO OWARI

A song that was once joked about as “Doragenai” because the vocalist’s pronunciation was almost too good.
The clear, transparent voice is very pleasant to listen to.
It’s relatively laid-back, so beginners should be able to dance to it leisurely and enjoyably.
Daiamondf(x)

This is a song by the Korean four-member group f(x).
It features a catchy melody and an upbeat tempo.
After Sulli left the group, you can enjoy f(x) in their new form with this track.
It’s dance music with a light EDM feel.
Luka Luka Night Feversamfree

Since it’s by the same artist, it has a similar style to “Riririri Burning Night,” but the vibe is different.
It’s still uptempo and sexy, but unlike “Riririri Burning Night,” the lyrics use imperative wording, making it a more intense track.
PON PON PONkyarī pamyu pamyu

This song is by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, a charismatic figure in Harajuku fashion.
The colorful vibe of the promotional video felt completely new to me and very refreshing.
I’m not very familiar with Harajuku fashion myself, but that kind of style was adorable and really lovely.
The song is super upbeat, and you can really feel Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s individuality in it.
