LOCAL DEFENCE ORGANIZATIONRIZE

This is a song that gets me hyped and helps me focus.
During the ambient part in the interlude, it feels like my body is floating in midair.
I feel like this track represents the perfected form of the mixture sound RIZE has been pursuing.

TOKYO RATSRIZE
The title “TOKYO RATS” refers to sewer rats.
It’s a high-speed punk number that likens us, representing Japan, to tough, resilient sewer rats.
Even at a fast tempo, you can feel RIZE’s signature powerful rhythm.
Gun ShotRIZE

RIZE temporarily went on hiatus in 2004, and the last single they released before that break was “Gun Shot.” Combining a heavy riff with a funky rhythm, the track embodies RIZE’s signature contrast between calm and intensity, resulting in a song that showcases their distinctive style.
HAVOCRIZE

This is a track included on RIZE’s fourth full-length album, “Spit & Yell,” which they released in 2005 after founding their own label, TENSAIBAKA RECORDS.
It’s frequently performed live and is a fan favorite.
JESUS AND MARIARIZE

This is a track from their seventh album, EXPERIENCE, released in 2010.
It’s a song that blends intensity with a refreshing feel.
The radio-style effects and sampled vocals fit tightly with the band’s sound, creating a surprisingly pleasant vibe.
Light Your FireRIZE

Light Your Fire is the first single released after TOKIE, the original bassist since the band’s formation, left and the group became a four-piece.
It’s one of RIZE’s signature songs, marking a shift to a rougher yet more powerful sound, and it’s a staple favorite at their live shows.
MUSICRIZE

Released in 2001, this is the title track of their third single, following Kaminari and Why I’m Me.
It features tribal drumming and a catchy riff that’s neither too heavy nor too light.
The highlight of the song is, without a doubt, the bass solo.
Both the original bassist TOKIE and the current bassist KenKen bring their own unique flavor to it.
