KomodoMauro Picotto

It’s a track that feels great from the start, with the driving energy characteristic of trance.

When you listen on house systems and the like, the deep bass really resonates.

The music video is very surreal and incredibly addictive—I can’t help but watch it over and over.

In the latter half, the addition of female vocals adds a nice accent.

OtonokeCreepy Nuts

This track leads music and the occult into a realm no one could have imagined.

Released in October 2024, the opening theme for the TV anime “Dandadan” brilliantly captures Creepy Nuts’ unique worldview.

DJ Matsunaga’s beats fuse with R-Shitei’s eerily tinged rap, deftly portraying how music can possess the human heart.

Deeply reflecting the anime’s atmosphere, the track is perfect not only for hip-hop fans but also for those who love the occult and horror.

By listening to this piece, you’re sure to experience the transcendent power of music.

GADORO delivers a standout track that radiates a deep affection for music and a distinctive way of enjoying it.

Set over a sound that incorporates elements of club music, the lyrics unfold with sharp observations of everyday life and a unique point of view.

It paints a portrait of someone who prefers chain-restaurant meals and casual fashion over a life of luxury, embedding a down-to-earth sensibility as its message.

Included on the album TAKANABE, released in April 2024, the song’s music video features comedian Machiura Pink, bringing its humor-filled world to life on screen.

It’s a recommended listen for winding down at the end of the day or when you want to reconnect with your true self.

SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHTXG

This track features a danceable, retro vibe, blending beats reminiscent of ’90s UK garage with modern arrangements.

The melodies woven by XG are instantly catchy, and their vocals carry a universal theme: the unease of hiding one’s true self.

The refined production combined with the expressive individuality of the seven members creates a deeply moving musical experience.

Released in July 2024, the song served as the lead single for the album “AWE,” which followed in November of the same year.

Within a week of release, it surpassed 5 million views on YouTube and entered the trending charts in 13 countries worldwide, including Japan, garnering widespread attention.

Breathing fresh air into the club scene, this work is highly recommended for lovers of dance music.

Toxic Sweet feat. JP THE WAVYm-flo

An interstellar love story between a Martian and a human, painted over a reggae sound that evokes tropical beaches.

m-flo sings of a love on a cosmic scale.

The protagonist’s feelings as he’s drawn to a captivating yet dangerous Martian woman unfold alongside tropical, island-flavored sounds.

Released in August 2019, the track was performed with guest JP THE WAVY at m-flo’s 20th-anniversary live show “KYO,” where their energetic performance captivated the audience and blew away the summer heat.

It’s a recommended song for those who want to enjoy both the liberating feeling of a relaxing day at a summer beach and a grand, space-set narrative.

Human Factory -Electroformed Humans-Perfume

An unconventional work set in a dark, mysterious world was released in February 2025.

Its distinctive sound fuses Perfume’s four-on-the-floor roots with grand synthesizers and a deep synth bass.

Through near-futuristic themes like artificial intelligence and robots, it carries a profound message about unconscious living in modern society and humans as beings embedded within systems.

Also chosen as the theme song for the film “Showtime Seven,” it brilliantly expresses the movie’s worldview from a musical perspective.

Coupled with vocal work that effectively employs mechanical effects, this piece exudes the ambiance of an SF film soundtrack, making it a recommended track for quiet nighttime drives or whenever you want to imagine the future.

Fly SoundDavid Lopez

It’s not too up-tempo, but it has a nice, moderate sense of drive.

The powerful, strong vocals of the female singer feel really good.

Both the singing and the melody have a soaring quality.

The anthemic vibe is addictive—I feel like I’ll end up listening to it over and over.
