Handmade Accessories and Decorations (21–30)
A book-shaped accessory case

Even masking tape fits inside! It’s a cute book-shaped box.
First, turn the origami paper over with a corner facing you.
Fold it into a triangle twice, then open it and fold the corners to meet the center.
After folding all four sides up so their edges align with the central crease, open it and apply glue in the middle.
Fold the corners inward along the lines to form the shape of a box.
Next, let’s make the cover.
Turn the origami paper over with an edge facing you.
Fold it in half, open it, and fold the edges to meet the center crease.
Mark a point 6 cm from the edge, make a slit there, and open it.
Fold along the lines, then glue the box you made first to the center, and you’re done!
Stylish star box

Fold the origami paper in half, then fold the right edge to align with the top and bottom edges to make a crease.
Fold the left corner to the center point of the crease, then fold it back along the crease.
Next, align the right bottom edge with the folded-back crease and fold, then fold the paper in half so the shapes overlap neatly.
Using scissors, cut off the excess along the lowest diagonal line to make a pentagon.
Open the paper and fold all the pentagon’s corners inward, then fold the newly formed corners in the same way.
Turn the paper over, make creases by folding along the straight lines that connect each corner, and use these creases to raise the sides and form a star shape.
How to fold a cute heart-shaped box

Here’s an idea for making a heart-shaped box using two sheets of origami paper.
First, make precise creases, then form a three-dimensional square tube.
Once you have the tube, indent one pair of opposite sides on one end to create two triangles, and sink-fold the top corners of those triangles.
Make two of these and combine them to form a heart shape.
The creasing step is extremely important, so press the paper firmly with your fingers to set the folds well.
As long as the creases are clean, turning it into a tube won’t be difficult.
Mini basket bouquet gift

Mini basket bouquets are made using a plastic bottle cap as the base.
Decorate the sides of the basket by wrapping thread or yarn around them, then attach a braided thread as the handle.
Fill the inside of the basket with cotton, sprinkle glitter, and glue on beads.
Add a ribbon to the side of the basket, and it’s done.
By changing the colors of the thread and glitter and the types of beads, you can create a wide variety of mini basket bouquets.
They’re easy to carry and make great items for room decor.
Hexagonal box accessory case

Fold a square sheet of origami to make a rectangle in your preferred size, then use a glue flap to form it into a tube.
Flatten the tube so it’s halved, then fold it into thirds.
After creasing firmly, return it to a tube and it will form a hexagon.
Make cuts along the creases, glue to form the base, and create a lid using the same steps.
Reinforce the base and lid by layering additional origami paper, then decorate with beads to finish.
You can make the tube and lid from the same paper, or use different colors for a cute look.
How to make melon cream soda

Melon soda isn’t just refreshing in taste—the vibrant green color alone gives off a sense of fun.
Focusing on that look, this project shows how to make a colorful mascot using simple materials.
The main materials are jelly-like modeling clay and crushed stones; by combining them well, you can recreate the sparkle of melon soda.
Fill a cup with jelly clay and crushed stones, then place white clay on top to resemble ice cream, and finish with decorations like a cherry and a straw.
Think about angles and proportions as you work to make it look as realistic as possible.

Here’s a cute flower made with a pencil and candy.
The best part is that it’s not only adorable—you can eat or use it afterward.
It’s easy, so give it a try! How to make it: Cut a circle out of colored paper and fold it in half three times.
While it’s still folded, cut the outer edge into a petal shape.
Make a hole in the center of one of the pieces.
Stick the candy in the center of the piece without a hole, then tape a pencil to it.
Apply small pieces of double-sided tape around the outside, layer the two pieces of colored paper together, and you’re done.
