Craft ideas for a Christmas party that elementary school kids will love! Easy and exciting projects (41–50)
Snowman made from Yakult bottles

Let’s make a simple snowman using a lactic acid bacteria drink container.
The materials are: a lactic acid bacteria drink container, quilt batting, yarn, a toilet paper roll core, and rhinestone stickers.
First, wrap quilt batting around the side of the container—except for the indented (narrow) part—about two layers using double-sided tape, matching the vertical length.
This will create a bumpy snowman shape.
Once parts of the container are covered, next use a larger piece of quilt batting to cover the entire side surface.
Now the snowman body is done, so wrap a scarf around it with yarn.
For the hat, take a cross-sectional ring cut from a toilet paper roll core, thread short pieces of yarn through it, and tie them to make the hat.
Finish by using rhinestone stickers colored with a pen to add the eyes and nose.
A Christmas tree made from a paper carton

Here’s how to make an easy Christmas tree using a milk carton! You’ll need ribbon, decorative balls, masking tape, double-sided tape, construction paper, a 1-liter milk carton, a pen, and glue.
First, cut the carton to create the tree and the base.
Apply masking tape to the tree, draw any designs you like, and decorate with colored paper, stickers, and decorative balls.
Trim and shape the pieces, assemble the tree sections from the carton, attach them to the base, and finally add a ribbon to the base to finish!
Pop-up card of a Christmas cake

Why not try making a pop-up Christmas cake card? It’s sure to delight anyone—friends, family, or someone special! First, sketch a cake on the card base, make slits at both ends, and fold to create the pop-up mechanism.
If you want a two- or three-tier cake, use the same method to build each tier.
Then decorate the cake, add Christmas motifs and a message, and you’ll have a festive pop-up card! You can also adapt it for a birthday cake, so give it a try!
Christmas tree made with torn-paper collage

A great recommendation for when children are working on Christmas crafts is a torn-paper Christmas tree.
Prepare several colors of cellophane and cut them into pieces of random sizes.
Cut laminate film to create the base of the Christmas tree, then attach the previously cut pieces with tape.
Make slits at the top and bottom of the tree, overlap the two sheets of film, and the tree is complete.
It’s a stand-up Christmas tree idea that you can display and enjoy.
Christmas hat

Let’s make a one-of-a-kind hat inspired by a Christmas tree! It’s easy to create with construction paper and origami, so it’s great for crafting with kids.
First, draw an arc with a ballpoint pen on green construction paper, crease along the line, and roll it up to form a pointy hat.
Use gold origami to make the star for the tree, and create ornaments with a Christmas theme.
Thread yarn through cut pieces of straw, tie it, and attach it to the inside of the hat to finish.
