However, some people don’t like being pranked at all.
Be sure to choose close friends or teachers with a good sense of humor as your targets!
[For Elementary School Students] Pranks and Fun Tricks You Can Do at School (1–10)
Pranks with a pencil

It’s a prank that’ll make someone yelp in surprise: the moment they pick up the pencil case, the pencil hidden underneath suddenly starts thrashing around.
The setup is very simple.
Prepare two pencils, hold them crossed, and wrap a rubber band around them several times in a rough, haphazard way.
Then twist the two pencils together to align them, and slip them under the pencil case.
The pencils move as the rubber band tries to return to its original state, making them flail about.
When it happens out of the blue, anyone would be startled—that’s the whole prank.
A prank where you only speak three characters

This is a prank where you only speak in three-character words, and there’s a chance people might not even realize it’s a prank.
“Only three characters” sounds hard, but once you try it, a surprising number of phrases come out smoothly.
Basic responses like nods or acknowledgments—such as “seriously,” “amazing,” or “whatever”—work well.
It might come off a bit blunt, but keep it natural and rely on your acting skills to pull it off! You could also set a stopwatch and see how long it takes for them to notice—that could be fun too.
Cosmetics and stationery prank

This is a prank where you make fake items—like cosmetics such as nail polish and lipstick, or stationery like files and glue sticks—to surprise people.
It’s funny to see your friend’s face when they realize the thing they were about to use normally is actually a fake.
Each one is pretty well made!
Two girls got into a fistfight.

What would you do if two girls suddenly started a fistfight? You’d probably feel restless, but at the same time there’s nothing you could really do, right? It’s a bit awkward just to watch, and in reality the atmosphere would be intense.
Still, their acting is really good!
Prank where the entire class pretends to be asleep
Here’s a prank that students play on their teacher: when the teacher walks into the classroom, all the students are slumped over their desks pretending to be asleep.
This teacher has great reactions and a fun-loving attitude, so it’s enjoyable to watch!
scar makeup
It looks like a painfully realistic wound… but surprise—it’s actually special effects makeup you can do with things you have at home! Around Halloween, you can find lots of products that make it look like you have a wound just by sticking them on, but you can create this realistic gash using just tissue, glue, and a few makeup items.
Start by placing small torn pieces of tissue on your skin, apply glue over them, then layer more tissue on top—repeat this to build the base of the wound.
After that, use makeup: blend with concealer to match your skin tone, then add color with eyeshadow, blush, and even acrylic paint, and you’re done.
You might even shock yourself with how painful it looks! (lol)
Christmas Prank

For Christmas pranks, let’s enjoy ones that feel festive and different from your usual tricks! To make a prank feel Christmassy, use decorations and presents to set the mood.
For example, instead of putting candy in the stocking where Santa leaves gifts, slip in a weird toy.
Or swap the ornaments on the tree for balloons so they pop easily.
You could even hide mustard inside chocolates…
The types of pranks are endless! Go big and make it flashy in the Christmas spirit!
All the students went to the bathroom during class.

We’re introducing a prank where students go to the bathroom one by one during class until, in the end, no one is left in the classroom.
The pranksters were worried they might get scolded, but the teacher turned out to be a good sport.
Eventually, the teacher caught on to the prank and then decided to turn the tables with a counter-prank.
Call a teacher by their first name

How do you all usually address your school teachers? I think most people just say “Sensei” or add the last name and say “Mr./Ms.
___” (___-sensei).
So here’s a prank: suddenly call the teacher by their first name.
The teacher would never expect to be addressed by their given name.
I’m really curious how they’d react—if it goes wrong, you might even get scolded.
It’s probably safer to avoid this with teachers who don’t have much of a sense of humor or who are too strict (lol).
Tattoo Prank

You’d be shocked if an elementary school kid had tattoos that would even surprise adults, right? But don’t worry.
This is just a prank.
You’re not actually getting a real tattoo—just drawing tattoo-like designs using tattoo stickers or pens.
Then, create an opportunity to show it to your friends and they’ll definitely be like, “Huh?” and be totally surprised! Until you reveal it, it’s best to place it somewhere that can be hidden by clothing, like near the shoulder or on the back.
If a quiet kid who doesn’t give off that impression at all does it, the surprise factor goes up even more!
