The lyrics and music were written by Osamu Kitayama and Kazuhiko Kato, members of The Folk Crusaders, known for “Imjin River.” The two also created “Ano Subarashii Ai wo Mou Ichido.” Betsy & Chris were an American female duo known for their beautifully blended harmonies.
