Simple Magic! Recommended Tricks for Performances and Entertainment (61–70)
Magic where legs disappear

It’s a magic trick where you cover your feet with a black cloth, give a signal, and when you lift the cloth, the feet that should be there have vanished.
The key point is the angle at which you show the gaps in the cloth, and the mechanism is simple: you’re just moving your feet to a position where they can’t be seen.
You place your weight on the leg pulled back, lift the other leg up, and keep your body position unchanged, so your ability to maintain posture is tested.
Let’s proceed while balancing mystery and ease: figure out how low you can lower your foot to make it look like it has disappeared.
CUPS AND BALLS

This is a magic trick using three cups and three balls, where the balls appear to pass through the cups three times in a row.
The secret is that there are actually four balls.
From the very beginning, there was one ball already inside the middle cup! The video doesn’t reveal the method, but if you rewatch it while keeping in mind that there’s a ball in the middle cup from the start and pay attention to where the balls are at any moment, you should be able to figure out the trick.
It’s a simple magic trick that can be done without any special techniques.
A spoon-bending trick you can do too

What was pulled out of the bag was a spoon.
When it comes to spoon magic, there’s only one thing that comes to mind! It’s that trick where you bend the spoon all wobbly! Many of you have probably tried it yourselves.
The video also explains how the trick works, but personally, I never imagined they were actually bending it with force.
That said, there’s a key technique to it.
For the details, be sure to watch the video!
Simple Ambitious Card

From a deck of playing cards, a single card is chosen and supposedly returned somewhere near the middle of the pack… yet when the top card is turned over, it’s the selected card.
This is the classic card trick known as the Ambitious Card.
You often see it on TV shows as well.
There are many ways to perform the Ambitious Card, but the version introduced here is a simple one: using an extra card separate from the selection, you secretly add and move cards so that it appears as though the selected card has been returned into the middle of the deck.
You can do it with just one pen!

Hold a pen in your left hand.
If you wave your right hand up and down in front of it, at a certain moment the pen seems to vanish! Then, keep waving your right hand… and it reappears! The secret is super simple: at the instant your right hand overlaps the pen, you tuck the pen into the palm of your left hand to hide it.
That’s all, but if you do it well, it looks pretty mysterious.
Of course, you can do it with a pencil or mechanical pencil too, so it’s easy to show off at school or work!
