RIVER when you don’t have timeyonseikyu

With briefs and happi coats as their trademark, you could call Su-xing-cyu (Shikoshikku/Four Star Ball) one of Japan’s representative comic bands.
Their song “RIVER for When You Don’t Have Time” is astonishingly short at just 10 seconds.
It originated from 10-FEET’s must-play live and festival anthem “RIVER,” and they sing only two bars of it.
Su-xing-cyu performed this on the stage of Kyoto Daisakusen, the summer festival hosted by 10-FEET, and then the original band 10-FEET also closed with those two bars, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
It’s an easy-to-copy, guaranteed-to-hype track (lol).
Hatomame ~Say Hello To The World.~The Students

You want to tell someone from overseas that they’re making a mistake, but you can’t because you don’t speak English… Maybe you’ve had that experience too.
This song, performed by the talent unit The Students, is a piece born from the variety show “Sanma’s Super Karakuri TV.” How would you tell someone who’s eating food meant for pigeons…? Imagining the situation makes you think, “What would I do?”

Zero balanceGōruden Bonbā

To begin with, Golden Bomber is such an unpredictable, wild-card kind of band that you never know what they’ll pull off.
Songs like “Memeshikute,” “Motokare Korosu,” and “101st Curse”—they’re all hilarious, and I could recommend every single one.
Among them, though, this song “Zandaka Zero” is one I especially want those who haven’t heard it yet to check out.
The phrase “zandaka zero,” which is also the title, might sound like it’s about money, but it could actually be hinting at a lack of affection toward the other person.
And the chorus—once you hear it, you’ll absolutely find yourself humming along.
Muscle, my friendUchikubi Gokumon Doukoukai

Sung with feverish passion: muscles.
It’s a track by the three-piece rock band Uchikubi Gokumon Doukoukai, included on their ninth album released in 2020.
Their signature powerful, hard-hitting style really fires you up! And, true to the title, the lyrics themed around strength training are super unique.
The catchy melody is almost infuriatingly good, right? The explosive chorus sends your excitement soaring! Is this sound arrangement exactly what it means for “muscles to rejoice”? Perfect companion for your workouts!
Brain Misoo Husband Exercisesnou misoo

This is exactly what it means when a song gets stuck in your head after just one listen.
It’s a track by comedian Nōmiso-o (Nōmisoo), released in 2017, and its surreal vibe became a hot topic on social media.
Just hit play and you’ll see what I mean! The further you listen, the more it’ll make you laugh—and you’ll start wanting to sing it yourself.
It’s that kind of song.
There’s choreography, too, so it’s perfect for year-end and New Year parties, welcome/farewell parties, or as a performance at wedding receptions.
Best enjoyed with a big group!
Release exerciseamenbo purasu

Amenbo Plus is a duo of YouTubers who generously show off their encyclopedic baseball knowledge.
Their skit videos like “Things Typical of Baseball Teams” and “A Baseball Player’s Routine” make you laugh no matter how many times you watch them.
Their song ‘Kaihou Exercise’ is also packed with jokes only baseball fans would get.
For example, the “463 double play” you often hear—those numbers don’t make sense unless you’re into baseball.
Whether it gets through to people or not, that’s exactly the spirit—and the charm—of this song.
But what exactly are we ‘releasing’ in this ‘release exercise,’ anyway?
Cherry / Ai Otsuka coverOmede-tai atama de nani yori

Released in 2003 and a massive hit, Ai Otsuka’s track “Sakuranbo.” This is a cover version by the mixture rock band Omedetai Atama de Naniyori, and… after that cute intro, it suddenly shifts into a loud, heavy section.
“This isn’t what I expected!”—you might actually blurt that out the first time you hear it.
And the thing is, the arrangement is downright cool.
Keep an ear on the unpredictable sound design and be sure to listen all the way to the end!
